Can’t register. Useless.

I’ve spent days trying to get this to work without success. After just reading the reviews I can see why. I was given a post card with Click. Get. Go. by rbdigital but
the information was not to be found on my library website. Zinio was still on there. I found out that they had been replaced by rbdigital, so I went online and downloaded the rb digital app. I couldn’t even register. I thought this was because I’d not registered on the website itself, so returned to the Library and thought I’d cracked it after the helpful librarian showed me, what I believed to be the correct pathway to get it to work. However looks like it IS the app, which is at fault and not me. Absolutely appalling! Desperately wanted this to work. Unlike Kinfusion’s review it doesn’t work on my iPad mini either as all my devices won’t allow me to register.

Supposedly the only way to play audiobooks. Log in with RBDigital account details rather than library details, shows checked out audio book but claims no iTunes present which its not supposed to use (and hasn't existed in current OS for over a year). Constant error messages attempting to play in RBDigital app.
Gave up, 'returned' audio book and deleted app. Nice idea, incompetently implemented. Will speak with library service as they should terminate arrangement with this supplier ASAP.
